Refund and Returns Policy

We value our customers and are committed to providing quality support when things do not go as planned. Our return policies are described below.

When you receive your shipment, please inspect the packaging carefully, and note with the delivery driver any damage to the packaging at this time. If possible, take pictures and send them to us. The customer must notify us of damaged, defective and/or missing items within three business days of receipt. Please call our Customer Service Center on the number given on our website contact page with any claims.

The return fee is $9.99 per order returned and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Eligible items purchased from our website may be returned within 15 days of purchase date and must be accompanied by the original receipt or Order number. TVs, Remote controls, GPS trackers, monitors may be returned within 7 days of purchase.

All returns are subject to our verification process and to applicable laws. We reserve the right to limit, or refuse returns, including if the return is a potential health or safety risk, violates or abuses the return policy, or involves any fraudulent activity. We reserves the right to modify its return policy at any time.

How do I return my product?

To start a return, please contact via email. You will need to provide your email address and order number to get started.

Once your return is submitted, we will give your return address and other details. Your returned items must be in as-new condition, in the original or similar packaging with the packing slip, with all accessories and manuals included. If the above conditions are not met, your return will be considered incomplete. The package will be returned to you without a refund.

Please allow 7-10 business days for returns to be inspected and credited once received. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method used.

How do I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, in most cases, we are unable to cancel an order once it is processed for shipment. We recommend following the return process to avoid any delays in your refund. Please contact if you have questions or concerns regarding your order.

Product photos of the items available on our site are stock photography supplied by the manufacturer and not guaranteed to completely represent what is included. Please review the item description to confirm all components and part numbers that will be included in the purchase.

The customer is responsible for return freight and will not be refunded original outgoing freight charges unless item is defective or damaged during original outgoing shipment.

We unfortunately do not offer exchanges for items. We instead will process a return and refund for the unwanted item(s), and the customer is free to place a new order for the correct product(s)

What is our Refusal Policy?

Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or cannot be delivered by the carrier, will be returned to us. You will be refunded for the product cost only as we do not refund shipping and handling costs. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to be issued.

Restricted Items

The following items are not eligible for a return or exchange and are considered “final sale” at time of purchase:

Trading cards, blind items, clearance products, seasonal products, consumable products, Game Informer Magazine issues, individual bundle components, digital products, POSA cards, gift cards, pre-paid cards, phone cards, mobile phones, bathing suits, wellness items, hazmat items and bundles containing digital products.
